As arthritic pain is predominantly caused by inflammation, it is likely that the arthritic condition has been developing for a periods of years and at first was not all that obvious. However, as the condition worsens, so does the inflammation increase, thus causing pain with your arthritis. As a consequence, pain management is necessary for arthritis sufferers.
APPLICATION & TREATMENT
Arthro Balm should be applied to the immediate area and surrounding joints. For instance, if the arthritis is in the fingers, roll Arthro Balm on both sides of the fingers, all around the back of the hand and on the wrist. Or, should the arthritis be in any area of the spine, Arthro Balm should be applied from the tailbone, across the tops of the hips, up the length of the spine and into the shoulder muscles.
However, in the event of a flare-up, which can be brought on to arthritis sufferers by changing weather conditions, or change of exercise or work behaviour, the frequency should revert to hourly. The treatment should be as frequent as hourly, reducing to every four hours over a period of, say 30 days.
BACK, NECK, SHOULDER & HIP PAIN
In the event that these areas are affected by arthritis, then it is dealt with in the above paragraph. However, if it is an injury or stress related condition, the treatment should be viewed depending upon the length of time the condition has prevailed. If the condition has been a long term problem, then pain management is necessary, and whilst immediate relief is 99% assured, the following application should apply:
Back: The entire length of the spine from hip to hip and from shoulder to shoulder, applying Arthro Balm every hour and then reducing to every four hours over a period of, say, 30 days.
Neck: Remember the skin around the neck can be sensitive so the treatment should be lightly applied at first until the skin has developed a less sensitive reaction to the treatment. The full length of the neck, starting behind the ear lobes and stretching right across the top of one shoulder to the other, which is the area known as the trapezius muscles.
Shoulder & Hip Pain: Again one needs to determine whether the area has been affected for a lengthy period of time. In the event that it has been a long term problem, the following applies.
Application: Arthro Balm is to be applied from shoulder to shoulder (or hip to hip) that is, horizontally, and then the full length of the spine. This treatment should be hourly to begin with, then reduced to four hourly until the pain has been properly managed.
SORE FEET
Apply to the entire foot and then to the calf and shin muscles. Repeat hourly, if necessary.
DRIVER & TRAVELLER DISCOMFORT
Sore and tired back, leg, neck and arm muscles are to be treated by applying Arthro Balm to the full length of the affected limb, or to the spine, hourly if necessary, until the discomfort is relieved.
HELPFUL HINTS
*Referred Pain. Most sufferers are not aware that whilst they may be experiencing pain, say in the shoulder balde, that this may well be a referred pain from a damaged disk lower or higher in the back. That is why it is essential with any shoulder, hip or back pain to treat the entire length of the spine.
The same could apply with ankle pain, for instance, so that you need to treat the foot, the shin and the knee as well.
Arthro Balm responds quicker if the affected area is covered with warm clothing following application. In the event of serious pain, in addition to the above, lay a hot water bottle on the most seriously affected area.
